Speridian Technologies Expands COVID-19 Response
Leader in global business and technology solutions extends pandemic support to employees and dependent(s). Organizes COVID-19 vaccination drive.
Speridian Technologies is proud to offer services designed to support company employees and their families during the pandemic. When the COVID-19 disruption began in early 2020, Speridian created a COVID-19 Task Force responsible for creating an action plan for employee assistance. During each wave of the pandemic, the Task Force has introduced preventative measures and offered support services to employees in India.
The COVID-19 Task Force action plan includes:

- Work from Home (WFH) Policy and/or Frequent Office Sanitation Implemented
WFH facility to all associates as the first precautionary step since the COVID-19 outbreak on March 2020. Clean desk policy has been followed as part of office sanitation.
- Virtual Onboarding for New Employees
Face-to-face webcam intros, virtual meetings with company managers and other colleague(s), equipping new hires with tech, assigning work buddy and initiatives to gauge interviewees’ hiring process experience.

Frequently updated FAQs shared with associates on all the latest press on COVID, PAN India. - COVID-19 Helpline
A go-to centralized helpline email ID activated for all kinds of support and assistance.
- Tele-med Consultation Service(s)
24/7 Tele-med facility engaged for all associates and dependent(s), with a panel of doctors.
- Emergency Insurance/Financial Assistance
Insurance/Financial for the emergency needs extended to all Speridian IND employees.
- Extending Support Services to Speridian PAK
Extended the Taskforce team’s support/assistance in PAK region.
- Speridian CoVac (web-app) launched:
Successfully launched Speridian India COVID Web App called “CoVac”. The App will enable employees to feed necessary details of self and dependent(s) for the purpose of COVID vaccination status tracking & planning.
- Work from Home (WFH) Policy and/or Frequent Office Sanitation Implemented
Vaccination Drive
In addition, the COVID-19 Task Force partnered with hospitals and health care providers PAN India to procure vaccines. The Task Force successfully organized five vaccine drives in Trivandrum, Kochi, Kozhikode, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad where 600+ employees and their families were vaccinated. In addition, 114 employees from the Lahore and Karachi offices received vaccinations at the Pakistan vaccine drive.
