About the Project

iRobot has implemented Oracle Policy Automation and Oracle Service Cloud functionalities to provide a superior customer service platform for its product support tools in the US and UK markets. Speridian consultants have been engaged to enhance and deploy working OPA rulebases created for the US and the UK markets into Customer Portal and Agent Desktop.
 
Speridian will provide a team of experts to analyze, design, implement and integrate OPA rulebases.  The Solution Architecture of the Customer Portal is based on iRobot’s existing OPA/OSvC solution framework.  Speridian will enhance this framework with OPA deployment into Agent Desktop.
