Job Responsibilities:
- Must have 5+ years of experience in Salesforce design and development
- Must have Salesforce certifications that demonstrate his expertise on various Salesforce clouds
- Prior experience in successfully designing and implementing enterprise solutions across Salesforce Sales, Marketing, Service, and Community Clouds, including integration to/from a variety of external data sources and cloud-based applications
- Strong knowledge and expert-level understanding of Salesforce application architecture, Lightning framework, governor limits, and development components such as Visualforce, LWC, SOQL, Apex Classes and Triggers, jQuery, APIs, Process Builder, Workflow Approvals, Flow, etc.
- Knowledge and experience working with the Salesforce platform as a Technical Architect
- Practical experience with SaaS architectures and design patterns including SOAP and REST API integrations
- Strong analytical skills: Ability to collect, organize, and analyze data; summarize findings, derive conclusions, and present recommendations
- Must be able to deliver documents like the architecture document, design document, and data migration plan
- Proficiency in facilitation, influencing, and negotiation in a diverse global organization with competing stakeholder requirements
- Broad technical knowledge of industry and technology trends and a strong external perspective of current and upcoming developments in the technology space
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify and communicate complex concepts and information to diverse audiences with varying degrees of technical understanding
- Must be able to organize & prioritize a high volume of tasks with potentially conflicting demands and competing timelines
- Full SDLC experience (requirements gathering through production deployment) utilizing JIRA or similar tools
