Job Responsibilities:
- Must have 4+ years of experience working in the US market specifically in the IT Industry
- Must have experience with Leading teams
- Must have good knowledge of different hunting tools like LinkedIn, Monster, Dice, etc.
- Must have good experience working in Multi-technology & bulk recruitment
- Must have knowledge of different types of employment categories (W2, Corp to Corp, 1099 and etc.)
- Must have knowledge of salary brackets across different states
- Must have good knowledge of managing candidate pools
- Must be comfortable to work in US hours
- Must be comfortable in working from office
