About us

Ali Hasan is the President & Chief Executive Officer of Speridian Technologies. He is responsible for directing operational aspects of Speridian, vital to the overall growth of the organization. He drives various internal teams and functions to achieve and excel in the company’s sales, profitability, cash flow, and business objectives.

Additionally, Ali leads Speridian’s Public Sector practice, focusing on the deployment of solutions for the Health Insurance Exchanges and the Justice and Public Safety sector. Speridian’s enterprise solutions are built to provide maximum extensibility and ease of integration with a legacy as well as external systems.

Apart from his extensive experience in System Integrator (SI) consulting and leadership roles, he has also worked in the manufacturing and engineering sectors, where he was responsible for the design and manufacture of hardware for advanced navigation systems.

Ali graduated cum laude from Northeastern University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. He also holds an MBA with specializations in Operations and Logistics Management.

KP Hari joined Speridian Technologies as Managing Partner in 2007 and is responsible for global operations, company growth and associate and customer satisfaction. With more than 17 years of IT experience, KP mastered the art of delivering technology and business solutions for attaining competitive advantage. KP is consistently recognized for on-time, on-budget deliveries and is a champion of software delivery through Distributed Software Methodology. In addition to his technical skills, he has strong management and delivery skills and excellent leadership with maturity and experience.

He received his degree in Engineering from Calicut University and later earned his Master of Science in Computer Science from Regional Engineering College,Warangal. He is a good communicator, team builder, and motivator and has more than 5 years of Bombay University teaching experience.

Prior to joining Speridian, KP held several senior managerial positions such as Vice President, Option One Mortgage Corporation and Director, Online Tax Products at H&R Block. He also held senior management roles at Nexgenix and Union Carbide.

Satish is the Executive Vice President of the company and heads Speridian Asia Pacific region which includes India, ASEAN, and ANZ markets. Satish has been with Speridian for more than 9 years and has played a wide variety of leadership roles. Satish has more than 25 years of global experience in the IT services industry with a strong track record of driving digital transformation for enterprise customers and building technology practices. Prior to the current role, Satish led Oracle practice including CRM, Cloud CX, Analytics and Middleware and ran large enterprise implementations across regions. He handled diverse roles across the organization, evangelizing end-to-end solutions in Oracle, building our next-generation CRM/CX practice and enabling process and technology transformation.

Prior to Speridian, Satish held delivery leadership positions at CGI – AMS (American Management Systems), Booz Allen Hamilton and AmerisourceBergen with a strong focus on Consulting and Customer Engagement.

Girish Nair is the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) of Speridian Technologies, LLC. As CCO, he is responsible for spearheading the Commercial Sales, Marketing and Alliance channels for the growth of Speridian’s professional services and consulting business. 

Girish brings more than 20 years of sales and marketing experience in business consulting services and has been a specialist in strategic planning and business transformation for small to midsize organizations. He has successfully launched new business models and run the entire sales and delivery cycle for various lines of businesses. His experience ranges from computer hardware to niche technology consulting sales and his key success has been his ability to identify new business opportunities and successfully manage these opportunities through the “Theory of Management by Objectives”. His industry domain includes Financial Services, Manufacturing, Travel & Transportation and Healthcare.

Girish Nair received his degree in Electronics Engineering from Pune University in India and earned a Master’s in Business Administration from the Institute of Technology and Management, Mumbai-India.

Manoj has over 25 years of global experience leading teams for building platforms for mobility, financial and workflow based solutions. Manoj is passionate about delivering innovative software solutions. He is a trusted partner to the organization and clients to provide thought leadership based on his  hands on approach to latest trends and strengths in software design & architecture.

Prior to joining Speridian, Manoj spent more than a decade in Germany working for a niche software company creating innovating integration and workflow platform to build solutions for leading automotive, manufacturing, logistics & financial companies in Europe & US.

Currently his focus is on leveraging  iOT, AI and Cloud for existing core solutions & services of Speridian to help its customers on the journey to next generation of software solutions.

Manoj is Bachelors in Computer engineering from University of Pune, and is on a continuous path of self-learning.

Amer is responsible for leading sales, delivery, strategic alliances, and operational teams for Speridian Canada. Amer overall has more than 20 years of experience in Information Technology, which includes over six years as an IT entrepreneur. He has launched multiple IT Integration and Consulting start-ups and led them to an aspiring success.

Before joining the executive management of Speridian, Amer led service delivery and system integration teams in IBM and AT&T to successfully deliver complex IT projects in North and South America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.  He specializes in Service Delivery, Enterprise Solution Architecture, and Strategic Outsourcing. 

He holds a business degree in Management Information Sciences and has been presented awards for outstanding performance during his illustrious career including Professional Excellence Award by Chairman of Board at IBM.

Steve Middlekauff is a dynamic leader with over 35 years’ experience supporting business transformation through information technology.  He has supported clients across multiple private sector industries and has extensive experience with many state and local government agencies.  He is passionate about helping clients solve their business needs with innovative solutions and outstanding professional service.  He comes to Business Advantage Consulting after many successful years with larger system integration companies such EDS, HP, Unisys, and most recently First Data, where he held a variety of positions including Global Industry Director for Social and Digital Citizen Services, North America Director for Health & Human Services, Director of Government Solutions, Principle Consultant, and Regional Director of Consulting Services.

In addition to his executive leadership experience, Steve has extensive experience as an Enterprise Solutions Architect supporting the design and deployment of large-scale complex solutions for some of the largest corporations and agencies in the world.

Steve has participated on numerous panels addressing social services trends and emerging needs, and was part of a select panel of industry experts requested to provide testimony to the Health Information Technology Policy Committee in Washington D.C. on the implications related to the Affordable Care Act.

Steve Miller is the President at MVP Consulting  Inc. Mr. Miller brings over 36 years of experience to MVP Consulting Inc. in the sales, support and delivery of strategic IT and application managed service offerings including IT consulting to major financial, public / government, higher education and healthcare commercial sectors. He has extensive experience building, operating and managing large, scalable, global consulting, solution and delivery organizations. He is driven by a strong passion for every client’s satisfaction and success.

Prior to joining MVP Consulting in January 2017, Mr. Miller served as COO of nfrastructure Technologies Inc. and in various IBM executive roles, most recently as US Vice President for IT and application managed services for Public Sector until 2014. In this capacity, he developed a long-term track record of sustained, proven performance, delivery excellence and growth. During his 30+ year tenure with IBM, he has held many positions in technology development, system engineering, network architecture, large complex program management, IT infrastructure, application managed services (including global deliver) and executive management since 2002.

He earned both his BS and MS degrees in Electrical Engineering from Union College, Schenectady NY in 1984 and has done additional post graduate work in engineering and mathematics at Syracuse University, Syracuse NY.

Mr. Miller is a lifelong resident of upstate NY and has traveled worldwide in support of his clients. He is married to his wife, Lisa and they have four grown children.

Ajith has 18 years of experience leading large scale system implementations and has been a core member of the Speridian team since 2005. He has vast experience and in-depth knowledge in Customer Relationship Management systems, Omni Channel Call Centers, Master Data Management and Case Management systems. As an Enterprise Architect, he has designed solutions for the Public Sector, Financial Services, Healthcare and Consumer goods industries.

Since 2013, Ajith has been a linchpin for Speridian’ s Public Sector Health & Human Services team, leading the implementation teams in Hawaii, Vermont, Arizona and Florida to great success.  He is also a technology expert in SaaS, PaaS and IaaS platforms such as Oracle, Microsoft, Google and Red hat. Ajith has spearheaded the design, development and implementation of many large enterprise modernization projects and green field implementations. As VP of Enterprise Solutions, Ajith is focused on architecting enterprise solutions and innovative products that help Speridian customers to achieve their goals. He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Applications and has several technology certifications.

Shahzad is an accomplished and skilled technology professional with 20+ years of comprehensive Sales and Management Experience. He provides strategic direction to the organization and plays the role of idea initiator for his clients building and maintaining excellent relationship, while captaining a team of ambitious and diligent members in the MEA Region.
                                                           

Prior to joining Speridian Shahzad has exposure of working for big technology firms with a strong track record of Business Development, Design and delivery of large-scale multimillion $ enterprise solutions. He is also experienced in building and leading high-performance teams.
 

Currently, Shahzad is responsible for business development in the Middle East and African markets with a core focus of penetrating the existing markets and introducing the Speridian Cutting Edge solutions and services portfolio to newer unchartered territories in the region.

Shahzad has a Bachelors in Computer Engineering and a Masters in Business Administration, from Karachi Pakistan.

Tariq is a result-oriented technology industry leader and principal, pioneering and managing complex IT solution designs including enterprise level applications. Leveraging 20+ years of requirements analysis and software delivery expertise he drives business development and retention to customer-focused success. 

Tariq oversees Pakistan operations. He provides leadership vision enterprise-wide via decisive and insightful executive leadership, guiding daily operations and policy implementation though strategic thinking and decision-making. Known for seamlessly coordinating and collaborating with internal organizations and third-party partners, Tariq builds and leads high-performance teams to manage, implement, streamline complex IT initiatives using PMI standards. Tariq hold a Bachelor degree in Business Administration (1994), MBA (1996) and MS (2001) from Southern New Hampshire University, USA. He is also an avid outdoorsman and adventurer. 

Biju Rakesh joined Speridian Technologies in 2024 as Vice President of Delivery and Operations, bringing with him over 26 years of experience in IT. He provides strategic direction to the organization and specializes in Application Delivery, DevOps, Cloud, Data, and AMS.

Biju received his Bachelor of Technology degree from Calicut University, and holds certifications as a Microsoft Solutions Architect and a Project Management Professional (PMP). Prior to joining Speridian, Biju held significant leadership roles in UST Global and H&R Block. 

In his current role at Speridian, he continues to leverage his vast experience and technical knowledge to lead delivery and operations, ensuring the successful execution of complex IT projects and the achievement of organizational goals.

Keli Wells joined Speridian Technologies in 2021 as Director of Employee Engagement & Talent Development. She is committed to  instituting change and elevating employee experience to drive productivity, foster growth, and cultivate meaningful work environments.

Keli received her Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems from Illinois State University and a Master’s in Education Administration with a focus on Psychology. She is also a certified SHRM-SCP professional. Before joining Speridian, Keli worked as an HR and Recruiting consultant in sectors including government, retail, media, gas & energy, and performing arts.

In her current role, Keli leverages her vast experience and dedication to shape talent strategies and organizational development, playing a pivotal role in the company’s overall advancement.
