TES is a Global leader in managed deployment, IT Asset Disposition (ITAD), and e-waste recycling partner for sustainable technology lifecycle services. They operate 40+ owned facilities across 20+ countries and offer unmatched service, consistent commercials, lower logistics costs, and local compliance experts in-region, they also support local time zones and languages and have a deep understanding of transboundary movement globally.

Speridian Technologies is currently working with TES to streamline its current HR processes because right now, each country has its own independent HRIS application. In some countries where they operate, they still use Excel sheets to manage the workforce and calculate payroll. TES was looking for Speridian to create a uniform HR ecosystem across all the countries and transform their HR processes to be up to standard global processes.

Speridian Technologies, as an experienced SuccessFactors implementation partner, proposed a unique solution to implement SuccessFactors modules across all countries to standardize the HR processes and reduce the manual effort for HR. Along with the automation of HR processes for the HR team to divert their efforts more on strategy rather than day-to-day HR data activities. The SAP SF implementation for TES will take on a multi-phased approach. As part of Phase 1, Employee Central & Employee Central Payroll will be implemented across the globe, while the subsequent phase will include the implementation of Talent Modules.

The existing SAP SuccessFactors’ best practices, Speridian HR business Know-How, and strong implementation experience will transform the TES HR Ecosystem for their employees to expect a better service experience from their HR services and simplify business processes, better data-driven decision-making for the HR leaders, and improve communication.
