Billing & Customer Care Call Center Operations Application Since 2007, Speridian Technologies Pvt. Ltd. has formed a partnership with International Turnkey Systems (ITS) to develop, enhance and support the TABS customer care and billing call center operations application as well as the Ultrabill product suite, a convergent billing solution for broadband, IP, cable, etc. TABS is an integrated software package designed for mobile, ISP, and traditional fixed network services.
Since that time, Speridian has built a dedicated practice around TABS and Ultrabill, which were developed in Unix, Java, Oracle/Oracle Forms, and C. TABS has been implemented by telecom clients throughout the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) regions, including, Zain-KSA, STC (VIVA)-Kuwait, Etisalat-Nigeria and MTN-Ghana, all of which are supported by Speridian Technologies Pvt.
