Develop implementation plans, including duration, resource and cost. Design Project communication plan and ensure the team members uses it well. Coordinate activities with other IT departments like database, operations, technical support to ensure that system improvements are successfully implemented. Assess, design and create process automation, data repositories or data warehouse, reporting, and analyses from multiple systems and data sources using a variety of tools, including Toad, SAS, and SQL, Oracle tools or equivalent and OLAP tools. Knowledge in SQL Server, Oracle (Oracle 9, 10g), or any comparable relational db, and database design concepts. Implement solutions leveraging Oracle Technologies such as Siebel CRM, OBIEE and Fusion Middleware. Work with CRM client team to develop appropriate testing plans to ensure user acceptance, data quality, and system integrity. Coordinate with QA team and ensure defects identified during System testing and UAT are fixed on time to meet project deadlines . Facilitate and Participate in design and architecture review meetings and provide technical inputs and feedback. Identify and Coordinate the selection and activities of project resources. Coordinate the development of training materials, user manuals and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the business owners and users.
